Union Minister Jadhav Visits Dhalai District Hospital in Tripura
Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of AYUSH Jadhav Prataprao Ganpatrao conducted a surprise inspection of Dhalai District Hospital located in Kulai, Tripura on Wednesday. The Minister was accompanied by the District Magistrate and Collector Saju Vaheed, Chief Medical Officer of Dhalai District Dr. Apollo Koloi, Medical Superintendent of Dhalai District Hospital Dr. Bidhan Bhowmik and other state health department officials undertook a comprehensive tour of the hospital.
The inspection covered the Cardiac Care Unit, Operation Theatre, and Maternity Ward where the Minister interacted with patients and staff inquiring about the facilities and services provided. A subsequent meeting with hospital doctors allowed for a detailed discussion on the hospital’s functioning, patient care, and challenges faced.
Minister Jadhav assured that the issues raised during the visit would be brought to the attention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Minister’s visit has generated optimism among the locals who hope for improvements in healthcare services at the district hospital.
